In my experience of almost 9 years in the field of mental health & wellness, I consider Therapy & Healing to be “A basic need that empowers living to our fullest potential rather than just surviving.”
 

I am a firm believer in the approach of holistic healing and my skills vary from the range of treating children, adolescents, and adults, where concerns arise and stem from anxiety, stress, fears & phobias, trauma, self-harm, abuse, and many others.
 

My ideologies perpetuate through the utilization of Hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) that offers a transformational perspective through Inner Child Healing, Regression Therapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques, Behavioural Modifications, and a range of alternative healing techniques.
